Prevent getting scammed

Getting scammed is SO easy. Seriously. Just whenever you go first, the scammer gets your item, deletes you, and logs off. .-.

Wanna know how to avoid getting scammed?

1. Make sure that person would definitely not scam.

If the person you’re trading with is someone you’ve never met before, it’s safe to just look for your friend instead. Or like, you know, you could always just see the person you want to trade with, but then – you befriend that person first and get to know them before suggesting trading. Hey, that might work!

So, trade with someone you’re already friends with, and someone you know who definitely wouldn’t scam (unless she was hacked or something).

Tip: If you’re highly suspicious of someone, you can search up their username to see if they’ve scammed anyone before.

2. Never allow yourself to go first.

Another way of how you can get so easily scammed is, YOU post the item first.

So, if that’s the case, let the other person go first. Simple? Not really. If the Fantagian refuses to go first.

me: kk
me: u go first
girl: no u go first
me: no u go
girl: owo
girl: nooooo
girl: ouo
girl: hurry up
girly: i gtg soon
me:

Okay, that is a pretty obvious hint. The girl has stamped the words “I AM A SCAMMER” across her forehead, and obviously is pushing you to go first instead of her.

3. Don’t accept bad items.

This is not a very, very important key, but it is a precaution.

This is the deal you and the scammer are making: you give her your CC Hair, and she is giving you this:
warm_poncho
You could literally just get it from Le Shop if you have the eCoins.
Even worse, if she is selling it at a higher price than the Gold price in Le Shop.

A bad deal, that’s what I call it.

Now, if you were giving her your CC Hair, and she was giving you her Blonde BB, THAT’S an AWESOME DEAL! That is, if you’re willing to give up your CC hair heh.

I hope these tips helped! Comment if you found this useful 🙂
